Engineering & Permitting Coordination
We coordinate route review, permit pulls, municipal approvals, and ROW access from day one — so the crews you pay to be in the ground aren’t sitting in a yard waiting on paperwork. Direct relationships with municipal engineers and permitting offices across our active markets.
Utility Locating & 811 Compliance
Every job starts with a verified 811 ticket and a photographed walkthrough. We manage ticket renewals, document mark accuracy, and maintain a defensible paper trail on every shift — protecting your project from utility damage exposure before the first bore.
Directional Boring
Vermeer 20x22 directional drilling fleet. Precision underground installation under roads, driveways, sidewalks, and sensitive infrastructure. Pre-bore utility verification on every shot, with photographic documentation of locate compliance before we put a head in the ground.
Plowing & Trenching
When open-cut is the right call, we run it with the same locate discipline as our trenchless work. Protected existing utilities, controlled restoration, and the same daily documentation. The method changes; the standards don’t.
Conduit & Handhole Installation
Orange communication conduit, HDPE, handhole sets, and pull-box installations. Slack planning that matches real field requirements — not just print-spec minimums. We’ve seen too many builds come up short on HST because the slack was calculated on paper, not on site.
Fiber Pulling
Mainline and lateral pulls with footage tracking on every reel. Documented pull tension, midpoint verification, and clean handoffs to splicing. Every foot of fiber we install has a paper trail behind it.
Fiber Splicing & Testing
Mid-span and terminal splicing with OTDR-verified results. Test reports delivered with every splice closure. Our splicing teams document loss budgets, trace anomalies, and flag issues before they become field call-backs.
Restoration
Concrete, asphalt, sod, landscaping. Restored to spec, photographed before and after, and signed off by the right municipal contact. Restoration is where projects either close out clean or drag on for weeks — we run it like the work it is, not the afterthought it often becomes.
As-Builts & GIS Deliverables
Clean, accurate, in the format your engineering team needs. We capture field data in real time and deliver final as-builts within the timeline your project requires — not weeks after the crew has moved on.
Daily Production Reporting
Footage installed, crews active, locations worked, photos attached — delivered every day the project is active. Your PM team gets the same picture we get, on the same day. No surprises at the weekly status call.
